mkadr Terms of Service
How subscriptions, access and responsibilities work.
Draft for review. The signed contract and its schedules govern. Provider details and legal review are required before final publication.
1. About the service
mkadr provides employee records, schedules, attendance and reports. Features depend on the agreed plan and setup.
2. Parties and agreement
The provider and customer are identified in their signed agreement, invoice or schedule. This page explains general rules and does not replace those documents.
3. Accounts and access
The customer manages administrators, user permissions and account accuracy. Login credentials must not be shared with unauthorised people.
4. Plans, payment and term
Employee limits, features, prices in Uzbek soum, taxes, payment terms and subscription periods are stated in the plan or agreement. Extra work is agreed in advance.
5. Trial period
Trials are offered by agreement. Duration and scope are confirmed before setup; the customer's existing system may run alongside mkadr.
6. Service and support
mkadr may be updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Support hours, response targets and availability are set by the contract or a separate SLA.
7. Third-party services
Connections to terminals, 1C, HH, Telegram and other services depend on compatibility, API access and customer permission. Mentioning a service does not imply an active integration or partnership.
8. Data and privacy
The customer decides which employee data is entered and who may access it. Processing, storage, disclosure and deletion are described in the contract and Privacy Policy.
9. Software rights
Customers receive a limited right to use mkadr for the agreed term. The software and code remain with their rights holder; customer-uploaded data remains customer data.
10. Restrictions
Unauthorised access, malicious activity, infringement of others' rights and resale of access without permission are prohibited.
11. Suspension
Access may be restricted for serious security or contractual breaches, following the agreed procedure. The customer is informed of the reason and recovery steps.
12. Export and termination
At the end of a subscription, customers may request export of available data. Export format, access period, deletion and backup retention follow the contract and applicable law.
13. Liability
Each party's responsibility is governed by the contract and Uzbek law. mkadr does not replace legal or payroll review; issues caused by external devices and networks are assessed separately.
14. Changes and disputes
Material changes are notified as agreed. Disputes are first addressed through negotiation, then under the governing law and procedure stated in the contract.
15. Contact
For contract and setup questions: hrm@mkadr.uz, Telegram @mkadr_uz. Full provider details are given in the signed documents.
